Invited for the Weavers Werkstatt, a part of the Interlace exhibition at the Lafayette Anticipations in 2019, Paris, Brigitte researched weave constructions that divide the warp and weft yarns in more than one layer.

Each layer of the fabric is designed and woven in different colours and patterns. 

After cutting the top layer of the fabric on certain spots, the coloured patterns underneath are revealed and create an unexpected interaction.
