After being part of the design team of Kendix and De Ploeg for several years, Brigitte continued working closely together with both companies when working as a freelance designer.

Mainly focussed on the design and development of upholstery fabrics for the consumer and contract market.

Her weave trials were at the origin of fabrics like Andes, Sugar, Kust, Big Wool, Moss, Coll and Walker.
